but I think I can say what I think about this rendering... its still a free land with free opinion.

i never said that i did the modeling or ever taken any credit for if. quote:"This is a picture done for the illumination workshop on "Dizajn Zona" forum (basically a thread where users discuss methods of improving & optimising render time/quality). Modeling done by pailhead (great work btw ), illumination & rendering setup by me." and for aa and shadows i agree with you. but this was never a hi production render (the render time of 30min proves it), but an exercise and a way for me to learn something new. the "classroom - textured" picture was done with render settings better then this one (i would say medium settings), but it's not all that great either. it can still be massivly improved, but i don't have time at the moment to do that.
btw you have nothing to be sorry for. you are entitled to your opinion and constructive criticism is always good and i saw some of your renders. they are really good.

I read that you didnt modell the scene at all.
Anyway I still think that there would be better renderings on dA. I dont want to say that I do better renderings... its everybodys own opinion about "style" and "art".

If you didn't like it, you could have posted tips with advice on how to improve, that's what I'm getting at.

I told him that the AA is bad and also the GI.
Also the enviroment is gray. Some parts are overexposed.
