Reasoning: Cyndaquil gives this hybrid it's dark upper marking, darkens and reinforces the cream/blue coloration it gets from shinx base and charmander belly colors, and enables flame on/off modes. Shinx based form, rear marking, gold cuffs, danger flare up and internal muscle elemental power generation. Charmander tail flame, tail fur shape, and light belly.
