Very interesting effect in the image.
I don't know if you intended for the entire image to seem to be spinning, but that's the impression which I receive when viewing the full size image.
Giving the chrome parts a bit of anti-aliasing would probably limit the spin effect to just the beam, if that was your original intention.
Overall, nicely done- in a disorienting kind of way.
