A comment from made me soon realize that while I have MANY submissions that show the masked fiend... I never actually posted the original sprite. So here it is.
Made this using Jotaro Kujo (Jojo's Bizarre Adventure)Β and Spiderman sprites. Took some inspiration from guys like Fantomas, Skull Man (the shonen manga character), Cobra Commander, and Black Mask.
