The cataracts aren't visible enough. Her pupils should be light blue. You drew them practically black.

Snowflakes form if very small supercooled cloud droplets freeze in very cold temperatures. These droplets are able to maintain its liquid state in ambient temperatures lower than −18 °C , because for it to become frozen, a few molecules in the droplet need to combine together by chance to form an arrangement similar to an ice lattice, then the entire droplet freezes around the "nucleus." But never has science mentioned a Pegasus filly crafting it out of hail ice.
