Some old memories stirred up drawing this one~ <3
Shine the Shadow Raichu was one of my very first characters. Most times I look back at old characters and wince a little, but this bitchy Raichu I'm still fond of.

Despite her looks, she isn't your typical gary-stew badass. She's more of the anti-social Silver kind. Shine only tolerates a few, which includes Leafy (Her Leafeon companion) and most all of the Selvatico Clan. Oh yes, and she has a murderous intent to slaughter all humans. Just sort of think of it like Team Plasma but a clan of angry shadow pokemon ready to tear your throat out.
