I want to do a picture with more detail and still retain a 2D form for Bill Cipher.

For the eye, I am practicing with drawing an eye that combines both left and right into one. I don't know why, but it always seemed weird to me to draw single eyed characters [such as Bill] with a single left or right eye. I think having the tear duct on both sides looked better and give a little more...oddity to his appearance as well.

Also, I am thinking of giving his top hat a yellow sash on it [subject to change].
