First post! I figured a good way to start out with my DeviantArt journey would be to make a self-portrait to use for my about section and profile picture. This is one of my first completed digital art pieces.

Fun things I learned from this piece:
I loved experimenting with Procreate brushes to get different textures and even making some of my own brushes to use, and I'm really happy with how the hair and sweater turned out! However, I find myself struggling with value scales and properly rendering skin and still need to learn how fabric/clothing works. Feel free to critique me further!
