It's Hakkai from the Saiyuki 4 series. Hakkai is so chillax. Everybody loves that guy...except for Chin Yisou of course. So I did a whole glowy background thing. I like the whole choppy effect back there. I'm not sure why I went with purple...I guess it works though. I so want to make a youkai Hakkai WP someday...
