Description Princess Woona is back, but this time, inside a videogame!
Help her navigate around the moon and figure out how to eventually get back home!

Please read!
I added the WASD keys as controls.
I also removed clicking on Woona as a way of accessing the menu, just to avoid the classic 'I was in attack mode and wanted the menu again' situation.
Zombies should be easier. Just don't expect to get the big guy in one go. Be patient!


If you haven't read the comic yet, you probably should, so you can understand this game. I know that's usually a bad thing to do, but I have to generally keep with the story... sorry!

This is part one of many. This part only covers up until the observatory (about page 40).

I'm talking about an old NES game called "Snake Rattle n Roll" about snakes going to the moon for some reason. It used a similar isometric panel style as this, especially the final, black-and-white level.

I thought it might be a reference or something, considering the whole moon thing, but I guess it's a coincidence after all.

Man, I'm sorry, but -- being brutally blunt? The orientation you picked for the controls aint very right, up should be aiming 'north' (to the top-right) instead of 'west' (to the top-left).

I played the game start to finish and kept making bad moves due to this little orientation problem. I thought it was just muscle memory being annoying or something, but with a little bit of research, well -- this is 'muscle memory' thats been standard in every game and dates back to Q-bert :/

Learn to adapt. You have also never played a game as black and white Woona moving around on the moon. Don't conform to the social norm!

Never! All games must conform! Woona needs to have guns the size of her chest! Fight terrorists that dress all alike! Hide behind chest-high walls! Have a grumbly but sweet manly sidekick! Multiplayer! And fire at innocent people in the airport!

XD Of course! There certainly aren't enough lasers! I demand more lasers! Perhaps turrets moving off to the side. Or even better: just give her laser vision! Get rid of annoying technicalities, and make her a floating mass, shooting lasers off to all sides! X) No wonder this game felt like it was missing something...

And vehicles. And destructible terrain. And vehicles that can destroy the terrain. Naval warfare! Always-on DRM! Combustible lemons! Endless possibilities!!!

... but I'll settle for someone reorienting the arrow keys ;3

It's on a nearby level (I think it connects to the one which lets you into that level): you go to the bottom of the hill, and it's counterclockwise around the edge. You have to take a leap of faith, and step off the side of the map, and hug the outer edge as you go behind the hill. A bit unsettling, but that's where it is! ^w^ Happy hunting!

Ummmmm, I click on new game and I see the moon orbit the earth once before it goes to a starfield and says in the top right corner "Error: Empty/Nonexistent Inventory: Backpack" and nothing else happens

I got to there. couldn't figure it out. Signpost at the entrance says something about a high score but nothing I do seems to change that.

The game should be modified so that once you've broken Jeffry, get to the Observatory and then teleport back to the beginning of the game and use Jump, you fall back down. It even has a reference for it in the original comic. Lovely idea, btw. Creating a game based on the beloved comic and all that.

In the dead end area next to the area before the room with the chest at the end there's an invisible path on the right side. Just follow it and it will lead to the 'cute' item.
