I live in South Africa, so those brands aren't available...
I use really, really cheap, no-name brand eye makeup, for the most part, believe it or not. It looks great, lasts, and is easy to work with.
I do use Michellori liquid eyeliner, because that's the one thing I won't be thrifty about. The price and brand really do make a difference to liquid eyeliner.
I use commercial foundations and such - I don't need to artificially lighten my skin, because I'm a redhead. So I already have very, VERY fair skin.
