Description I can now say with all certainty that I hate drawing raptor hands. The way I used to draw 'em was very easy, but this new way is sooo tough! DX

Anyway. The pic on the left I looked at a few other pictures of models and such to get the general pose and stuff right, but I ended up making his head too small and narrow. I resized it and redrew some of it, but it still seems too... I dunno... The skull just doesn't seem as thick as it should be. Continuity, proportions, and fluff do not mix well with me, I'm afraid DX

I am getting better at drawing his tail feathers, but his neck fluff still comes out resembling a dragon's plate-scales rather than fluff
said she'd make a tutorial on raptor floof eventually, and that she learned to draw fluff by looking at pictures of birds. I'm looking forward to it, even if it's something sublimely simple

Anyway. More Fluffy the Utahraptor sketches. At first in the sketch stage I preferred the appearance of the tail feathers in the right drawing, and hated the ones on the left... Once I traced over it a second time and colored them in I hate the ones on the right (Too disorganized!) and prefer the ones on the left

A bit of info about Fluffy:

Fluffy was orignally drawn as a one-time use character. I later draw a picture of him for and asked him to name the raptor. He was named Fluffy. I grew to like the character and eventually accepted him as a full-time original character and started to develop his personality and character.

Fluffy is an Utahraptor, and a raptorkin. In his fictional world, raptorkin are any fully-sentient or semi-sentient raptor or raptoid (A creature that is raptor in appearance but not directly related to one). Fluffy is capable of speech and is fairly intelligent, and is a very patient creature and slow to anger (The exact opposite of most dragons).

He cannot read or write, however.

I know that the average Utahraptor measured around 26 feet long and weighing around 1,000-1,500 pounds, but some fossil collectors say they have fragmented Utahraptor bones estimating to be about ten feet longer. I don't know if that's true, but if so, that'd be pretty cool.
I love Fluffy... He's so adorable. I actually drew him because I love him so much. I think he'd be one of the bigger Utahraptors. I haven't gotten any of my pictures up yet.
By the way, I love your vore.
