Description
ATA is the Art Therapy Association @ FSU and they asked to donate some crafts with which to generate funds..and so it starts. I particularly like the sea shell ones. The spiral was originaly ment to be a similar pair but the 2nd shell broke so I had to improvise. The other shell (brown ones) I love due to their color and they remind me of a piece of driftwood. I have a few more pieces that look like wood (but are in deed shells) and look forward to doing something with them but I'll end-up keeping those. And in case anyone cares I picked these up on the short vacc. this summer to St. Augustine, FL (I posted some pictures from that visit earlier). They have awsome shell-filled beaches...in all honesty I didn't even go in the water! I was mesmerised by the shells...
The backings are triangular in form so that they are free standing and I decorated them with simple stamps I made from rubber errasers (I carved the image on the erraser and voila).
