A kiraban, is a Japanese Term for Thankyou Banner. It is a gift to friends and visitors to a designated site, thanking them for the hits the site has been given. Kiraban's don't follow any rules, there is so size requirement, or hit requirement. They are just for fun... the japanese are so gracious Its nice to know the kindness has rubbed off on us americans!
