There is a toy that appeared in a Disney show called Girl Meets World, it was called Mr. Googly and his face looked like one of my favourite Mr. Men, Mr. Sneeze. There's reason, They have blue skins, they have long legs and also has a spiky shape, the only different I know is that Mister Googly has a pinkish red nose and wears shoes and sock and gloves on his spikes, while Mr. Sneeze has a complete red nose and doesn't wear shoes and socks.After seeing the pictures of Mr. Googly, Imagined Mr. Sneeze wearing them and here you are.
