you know what, your choice of colors, contrasts and hues never cease to amaze me! i just love vivid and strong colors. and btw, the creature is simply awesome! i can almost hear it howling in the cold silence... it chills me to the spine...

The title reminds me of something we talked about in my college environmental class, the Sixth Mass Extinction. Very nice title
And if you don't mind me asking, what's the skeleton looking object in the bottom center of the picture?
Anyways, I love the nebulae, especially the small, bright pink one above and a little left of the big planet. And the saturn looking planet at the top is awesome, too
