Description
The Continent of Voxis in the World of Magus
Aria:
The Capital of Voxis, Aria is the meeting point of all surrounding kingdoms. Citizens of any kingdom are free to visit and trade resources that their hometowns produce. This large city can be easily called the "Trading Capital" of Voxis; for marketplaces and stores are mostly all you can find in the area. The desert around Aria makes it hard to live outside the wall. Harsh sandstorms and pitfalls litter the landscape, making traveling off the roads very dangerous. There are ruins of old towns that had tried to make Aria's desert their home, however they didnt last long.
Because of the hazards of the surrounding desert, Aria cannot be expanded beyond it's walls without any major problems. There's no room to create a lot of housing areas, causing only the very privileged or the rich to have homes there. Mana, the goddess of Magus, lived in the castle that is located directly in the middle of the city. But after the collapse she moved over to the Ruby region which gave the magicians from the Sapphire region a chance to quickly separate the city from the rest of the continent and teleport it to the human world. This would make it so Aria can now be accessed via train by the people of Synchronocity.
Aria's buildings and Locations:
• The Knight's academy: Where some of the more trained knights resided. Given by the Amber Region
• The Magician's Center: A place where magicians and alchemists can find materials to make potions and weapons.
Given by the Sapphire Region
• The Main Castle: The large tower that was also used as a sundial. Many famous heroes and close friends to the goddess lived there.
Trivia:
• The Buildings in Aria are mostly made of sandstone
• Aria's walls are completely covered in runes and carvings
• Mana, who was once the symbol of hope, has now destroyed most of the Tower in the center of Aria
Sapphire:
Also known as the City of Magic, the Sapphire region is home to some of the strongest and most talented Mages, due to the soil being imbued with mana, the region flourishes by creating potions, mana talismans and plenty of Enchanted weapons. Because of the exclusive materials the Sapphire region has, many other Regions are known to trade with the capital, causing it to be a great region for travelling merchants and workers who commerce goods from one region to the other.
The Sapphire region's landscape is almost covered by dense forests, anyone who's looking from above will see the forest shape into a moon-like shape, some people build rumors over this and the small moonstone region nearby. Towns are scattered underneath the mana-infused woods, path's between the towns are usually lit by the orbs of magic that float throughout the region due to the high mana of the region. People have called these woods the Teal forest due to the tree's blue leaves and lush, green grass.
Sapphire's buildings and Locations:
• The Commercing Guild building: Where all commercing members go to request things such as bodyguards, new wagons and parts, and anything of that sort.
• High class Schools of Magic: Specifically catered to the wealthy or the magically talented, these schools are very noble and only in bigger towns, the smaller towns only have normal schools of magic and such.
• Apothecary Fields: Magic, Health and anything you wouldnt expect to be growing on a farmer's fields are growing in these specific lands, they're easily recognized because of their signature Blue dirt.
Trivia:
• The Sapphire region's Prince has a group of very strong Magician's called the Magi, they are currently the sole heroes behind the reason why the Hybrid world is salvageable
• The Capital of the Sapphire region almost covers all the non-forested area of the region.
• Many people have noted that the wildlife has also changed due to the overwhelming amount of mana.
• The Ruby Region caves that stretch to the Sapphire region has glowing, magical ores which are used for enchanting.
• The Sapphire region's buildings are made of Quartzite mostly.
• People have claimed that legendary monsters have been spotted in the sapphire region's forest, but no official proof has been brought to light
Ruby:
What was once a lush, cultural land, has now been reduced to nothing but lava and death, the Ruby region has been taken over by The corrupted Mana and the Demons, causing what was once a beautiful land to be turned into a place only the strong can survive. Remnants of the old land can be found in small area's of the region, small forests still to be claimed by the ever burning landscape, and flowers not yet consumed by the lakes of lava are the only sanctuaries hybrids still stuck in this region have.
The Ruby Region has no real purpose after the demon attack other than to be a place to hold the creatures, but before the collapse, the Ruby region was a very promising land, full of cave systems and Minerals, because of this however, the Obsidian Region has taken a hit to it's production, due to it not being able to gain any minerals, they can only rely on the parts of the cave systems that stretched past the region's boundaries and into the neighboring area's.
Ruby's Buildings and Locations
• All have been Destroyed
Trivia:
• The Ruby Region's culture was a more Asian themed culture.
• a lot of the world-wide holidays the hybrid world had originated from this region
• Ruby has had the most changes in authority than any region on Voxis
Emerald:
The Emerald region would be the home of humans if there was ever a need, being as the fertile soil and the green grass and forests would relate to the human world much more than any of the other regions. The Emerald Region boasts a large crop production rate, and Production of vegetables and such are the main points of interest this region has, but because of it's lack of interesting features, the emerald region is also known to be one of the poorer regions, only being outdone by the Moonstone region due to it's small size.
In this Region, farmers thrive on the land, it's flat, long landscape makes it perfect for fields, only being interrupted by the occasional forest. Towns are small and homely, but most would call a town more like a large family, as most people know one another, if someone is to move into a town in the emerald region, there's a high chance everyone will want to know more about the family.
Emerald's Buildings and Locations
• Emerald Region Racetrack: A place where people race horses, dogs, and much more, many people bet on the races and hope to get rich this way.
• The Golden Farm: Anything planted on this farm turns a gold color, but doesnt actually turn gold. This includes trees and their crops. Many people buy small plots of land in this area to grow interesting vegetables.
• The Connect: where the ruby and the emerald region connects, as of now, there is a very large wall, but back before the collapse, people would come to the connect to celebrate, this is the only region that seems to enthusiastically celebrate the region's boundary.
Trivia:
• The hybrid region's Medieval heritage is much more obvious in the Emerald region's buildings and towns, outdated technology and building materials are used a lot in the smaller towns.
• If a farmer is lucky, they can stumble upon a patch of land that is imbued with mana much like the sapphire region, however, this is extremely rare, and once the dirt is tilled, it only lasts at least one crop rotation before returning to it's normal state.
• The golden farms was created because of mutations in the soil, some people claim that the fruits and vegetables from here can mutate people, but no one has stepped up to actually show said mutations.
Garnet:
One of the warmest Regions, Garnet is one of the most bountiful regions. Coming close to this is the Sapphire region, however the Garnet region's produce is that of lumber, fish and meat's. Due to the region being almost completely covered by a rich rain forest, this region is as pretty as it is Dangerous, sporting some creatures that, even though they're not demons they can definitely be ranked as one.
The Garnet region is known to be one of the worst off when it comes to boundary merging, the wind's blowing a large chunk of the Arian Desert's sand to the top of the Region. this causes the Garnet region to have it's own Desert. Despite this, Aria officially believes they still own this chunk of sand. But everyone else who knows of the Garnet region still believes that the desert belongs to them.
Garnet's Buildings and Locations
• The Garnet Desert: the desert that was created due to high winds, however Aria still claims this area to be theirs.
• Ocean Towns: These towns built their foundations over the warm sea's of the garnet region in hopes to gain more fishing produce this way.
• The Woods of the Lost: a Forested area in the garnet region that is known for it's high kill count in the area due to the dangerous animals living nearby.
Trivia:
• The homes/buildings in the Garnet region are mostly made of wood, except the castle, which is made of a lot stronger material and protected by magic.

Amber:
The Amber Region resides on the highest ground of Voxis, thus the climate is generally cold and unyielding. Temperate forests cover most of the region, while the other areas are mountainous or tundra. Because of the harsh living environment in the Amber Region, the country isn't known much for any exports, being as it is difficult to grow food, or work under the conditions. Instead, the country focuses on having a powerful military, one that boasts of having the strongest and most disciplined soldiers in all the land.
This barren land benefits greatly from it's strong ties with the obsidian region who's supply of weapons and armor help to equip the soldiers of the Amber Region. The population of the country is generally of the lower class, most of the country's wealth is put into defense. Since food is so scarce however, many of the people go hungry every day. Many of the citizens had felt unrest underneath the ruling of their tyrannical king. However, after his death in battle, his son, Morrow, was crowned new ruler.
Amber's Buildings and Locations:
• Castle: The Castle resides upon a mountaintop and is protected by a great wall. There is a village within the walls where the majority of the population resides
Obsidian:
The smallest Region on the main Continent of Voxis, the Obsidian Region houses some of the greatest Blacksmiths and Crafters, Giving this small, but very close region a unused power towards the other regions, given that it's largest export are weapons and armor, since the Region was created, Both the diamond and the Amber region have been fighting over this small metaphorical goldmine, however, despite all the offers, the land of Obsidian stayed proud of it's name and status, staying it's own region, however they did take trading offers, giving it a small advantage, however, since the collapse, the obsidian region's production has slown down, specially after the prince became missing in action.
The Obsidian Region, much like it's Amber Neighbor, is coated in a thick layer of snow, only melting between certain months of the year, causing the land to not be very good for farming, specially due to the large volcano that takes a large chunk of space in the region. Despite this, the Bars and Blacksmiths dot the land, giving the Region a more dwarven feel, However, believing that everything in this region is small can easily get you killed by the Barbaric Giants that live in the region's darkest corners.
Obsidian's Buildings and Locations:
• The Volcano: a large Volcano that erupts every 12 years
• The Brandy's knee: a famous pub known for it's delicious food and beverages that can make the most stressed adventurer able to sleep soundly through the night. people say that even people who dont partake in Alcohol would enjoy this Homely bar
• The Giant's cave: a Cave full of Giants and monsters, only the strongest have ever been able to see what the monsters are protecting.
Trivia:
• The Prince of the Obsidian region disappeared around the same time the Amber and Sapphire region's princes disappeared, the people in the hybrid world do not know this, but they have been brought to the human world, where the Obsidian region prince disappeared again.
• "The Brandy's Knee" was actually a Typo of "The Brandy Need", however the bar's owner kept the name, thinking it was a funny misspelling of a pub name that was already made of broken english
• The Volcano appeared randomly a long time ago, some people say it appeared the day the prince was born, but others say that it was here long before the prince's birth, however the volcano did erupt the day of birth.
Diamond:
The Diamond Region resides in the northern half of Voxis. Known greatly for it's wealth, this kingdom also centers its culture around higher education and philosophy. Because of this, the people of the diamond region are known to think rather highly of themselves. Gifted hybrids often will travel to the capital to study and expand their horizons.
The captial of the Diamond Region is a large and cultured city. Some of the more visited attractions include its grand library, the observatory where hybrids can study the sky and stars, and it's various museums filled with art and historical artifacts from Voxis. If one were to travel past the marble city they would be greeted with green fields and plateaus that make up the landscape of the kingdom.
