Cool, I like the flow and bounce in the animation. The hair kinda looks like it gets shorter when she turns to the side, though. That's the one thing I'd change.

A couple of things that I would like to say-
1. The hair for some reason gets shorter during the animation
2. When the phone/gaming device/ etc. disappears, it looks awkward and a bit off...
3. The hair on the inside of the bangs isn't there in the beginning, but then it appears??

try to make all the lengths the same, the hair on the shoulders shrinks shorter when the character turns
