I should probably upload it as something other than an animation, that still uses separate layers. I don't use Photoshop that much, so I don't know what will and will not work......

I drew in the different frames on individual layers, and saved it as a .gif. I optimized it afterwards. I should be able to unoptimize it and save it as something that has separate layers again; sorry if I wasn't too clear.

The program I'm using is really bad when it somes to saving layers. I can save the layers individually, which might take awhile, or I can try to find a way to keep the layers separate.

Gimp; I haven't had the chance to get anything better. I should be able to save the layers separately now, it'll take a bit, though. I'll be done soon.

Gimp will work; pressure sensitivity won't work in it, though. The lines are all the smae thickness unless you change the thickness in the menu. I just finished saving the layers separately.

You can copy the frames into a new document and color them there; that's the best way I know of. Don't forget to save it as a .gif.
