I need better titles oof.Anyway, another newish dragon character I have. It's really a dragon form of another OC I have on my other account. His name is Angelo and he is associated with water and electricity. When using his electric powers, the membranes on his fins glow bright blue as well as his eyes. Idk about the shading since shading objects is weird when there is another soft light source, in this case, the glow from the fins. XD
