I think your drawing is more realistic that the original! Nice work. The contrast between the sharp hair and the shadows add a lot to the piece. In fact all the shadowing is wonderful, adding depth shape and form. I agree with the previous devious' assessments on the hair as well

This is your best work yet! Your capacity to create such nuanced greys will serve you well. I urge you to match your mastery of technique to a more diverse subject matter than just the human face, although not to it's exclusion. I also think you may begin to explore painting. Perhaps oils will work for your super realistic style.
