Yes it's a plushie. I made this in May just to try can I make very small plushie. Its body and legs are sewn inside out and then turned and stuffed, like a proper plushie should be. I didn't use any glue or other methods than thread and needle.Mini-Reshiram's height is only 6,5 cm (2ยฝ inches), made of fleece. All details are there, believe it.
