I started on this over a week ago.

Done for a couple reasons why this was made.

1: Extremely lazy comic art tiffs me off. I see stuff that was below me in kindergarten get praised on Comic Fury daily. I view the medium with respect but have the impression many young artists don't. "Webcomics" are just another tool to draw attention to them ( the authors / artists ) just for existing. Never mind trying to display any skill level at all. I know there are many artists out there who are just learning but I have no kind words about you if you pump out ten pages a day - shown as single oversized panels with no words .. no plot ... no understanding of presentation. That's to sum up thoughts mildly about what I see dominate on CF.

I try to present my art as best I can. This piece is to show what comic art can be in my opinion.

2: I haven't re-drawn another's work in a long time so this felt a little overdue. The choice to re-draw this cover stems from "Batman and the Outsiders" issue five was one of the very first comic books I ever picked up years back.

... I know this might look confusing if you've never read the issue. The comic did have a crossover in it with the Teen Titans.
