Celestia and Luna agreed to never speak about the innocent pony that they blew up.So I've been wanting to make this comic for awhile now (I mean I thought of this one back before summer started) and I'm just getting around to making it (PS, this is how I spent my birthday, doing nothing but work on this comic).
I knew I needed a doctor for this comic, but I couldn't use doctor from the show or Nurse Redheart, so I had to make up my own. I thought about making an original character, but then I thought, "I'll just make it JD from Scrubs!" He's not a unicorn, he's a horse with a sword on its head that protects my hopes and dreams. And I thought about making his cutie mark something medical related but then I thought "www.youtube.com/watch?v=R9movn… "

That's assuming technology advanced like in our world. Tech rises and falls based of the societies that use it. After the collapse of the Roman Empire, people died of horrid sanitation conditions in the ruins of aqueducts. Technology is not a straight line, and ponies might have risen and fallen just like humans.

Considering that episode where the past of Equestria was told through a play the characters played in with their ragged clothes and simple living conditions portrayed in it I would say that it is indeed too modern for young celestia and young luna, given they don't even have such modern settings in the current present time and they are both 1000 years old. Juuuuuuuuuuuuust saying.

Once there was a little girl called Clarissa, she was ten-years-old and she lived in a mental
hospital, because she killed her mom and her dad. She got so bad she went to kill all the
staff in the hospital so the More-government decided that best idea was to get rid of her so
they set up a special room to kill her, as humane as possible but it went wrong the
machine they were using went wrong. And she sat there in agony for hours until she died.
Now every week on the day of her death she returns to the person that reads this letter, on
a Monday night at 12:00 a.m. She creeps into your room and kills you slowly, by cutting you

No, it was actually the editor of the show. You didn't wonder why things suddenly went from bad to "Oh god, why?" levels? It's because the editor was murdered and his position was taken over by the show's most idiotic writer.
