They areΒ not as creepy as face huggers I think. A face hugger silently creeps up and leaves you no chance to even realize its there before latching onto your face. Then you faint and after its done you wait for a horrible monster to burst out of your chest wich will kill many. This robot however: A malfunctioning machine , killing whoever it sees. Seems nice but creepy on the first look but then smashes your head against a wall. Creepy as well but you can escape it. And that makes it much less creepy than any face-hugger...

I unfortunately never got to play Isolation, but I watched Markiplier's playthrough twice now and thoroughly enjoyed it.
These little fuckers were the worst. I used to hate Face-huggers with the fiery passion of a thousand suns. *In Katara voice* Then, everything changed when the Working Joe nation attacked.

I think it's the glowing blips of light in their eyeholes that really sell the creepiness. This whole game really unnerved me from the constant hiding and running from the Xeno and THESE fuckers at almost every turn. Almost makes me want to play it all over again (too bad I sold it ;; ). The thing I hate more than those glowing eyes are the plastic folds of their necks, just to further remind you how inhuman they are. YEESH!! Nice illustration, btw.
