The problems in Oliver's life began to become visible. The boy started to grow very fast, as puberty meant this in his case. Only for him it was much more significant than anyone would have expected.
He soon reached the same height as his older brother and soon outgrew him. The difference between the two boys only grew. His brother soon only reached Oliver's chest. It was very strange, but it was also amusing to them.
Oliver was with his brother for a long time in the evenings and they did normal things. However, his brother noticed that Oliver was delaying his bedtime more and more.
Brother: "I think it's time to go to bed."
Olvier's long body began to squirm nervously next to him.
Oliver: "I'm not tired yet."
But his body betrayed him and he yawned.
Brother: "It looks to me like you're already tired."
Oliver sighed.
Oliver: "Okay, I'm a little tired, but not so much that I fall asleep right away. And my bed is quite uncomfortable."
Oliver's bed was already too short for the growing teenage boy. Oliver looked at his brother with a pout as he started to giggle.
Brother: "Well, that was to be expected. You were quite proud of yourself when you outgrew me. Now be proud that you outgrew your bed."
