BIO:From the same species as Baragon,millons years ago he burrowed underground to escape extinction as Baragon did,except he mutated in a different form,Neronga delevoped electrical abilities,he was awaked by two rookies from the Scence Patrol,it attacked an electrical plant,Neronga appeared and battled him,finally UltraMan lifted him and throwed him in the air and then he used his Specium Ray and blowed him up.
