Backstory:
Doctor Quatum was an aspiring scientist at the height of the Tuffle-Sayain war. Desiring to save lives rather than take them, Quatum entered the military as a medical doctor and bio-mechanic, creating a variety of medical technologies to preserve the lives of Tuffle soldiers and even employ them personally when they came to his clinic. In the later stages of the conflict, the tide of the battle would turn agains the Tuffles and a desperate need for field-medics drew Quatum from his lab in the main city. Boarding a drop-ship with a contingent of soldiers, Quatum was destined to join the front-lines, only to be shot down long before reaching it.

He was the only survivor of the crash.

Forced to make his way home on foot, Quatum would return to his city only to find it ablaze, burned to the ground in a cruel Sayain attack! From the cliffside, he would watch as his people were executed consecutively, only those with technology allowed live... only as long as they were needed to teach the sayains how to use it. His heart hardened from an idealistic young doctor to an icy-cold scientist on that day, a gnarled ball of hate replacing the heart that once beat in his chest. Quatum would escape Planet Plant (now Planet Vegeta) on a rogue transport as a stowaway, disappearing into space, far from his home.

Many years later and Quatum would resurface, having learned of the Sayain survivors who both destroyed the tyrant Frieza AND the intergalactic menace, Majin Buu! Intrigued and with revenge still firmly on his mind, Quatum would trace his old enemies to a backwater planet known as Earth, determined to make them pay... and add THEIR faces to his own army: An army of digitized sayains now completely under his control!

Powers: Quatum's main strengths lies not in fighting, but his Digitization technology. By encompassing his target in a data-stream, he is able to quickly scan and copy their forms with that data, creating a data-clone with an approximation of their abilities, knowledge and style in their possession. While not perfect replicas in both strength and capability, their ease of creation and raw numbers make them a credible threat to even those vastly above their power individually.
