finally, I managed to finish the spell book for my Merlin cosplay *.* >.< I need props too lol, Arthur has crown and sword and Uther too - so what about me LOLhaha
I used an old leather bound book I bought at an antique store and made ALL the golden pieces out of FIMO (gold), painted (gold, bronce and brown and black colours) them and glued it all on the book
I can open and close it as well ^^
I carved the patterns into it using carving tools BEFORE baking it :3 I put all the pieces together AFTER baking to make it open and close ^^

At which con are you going to be cosplaying Merlin? I'm still sad I'm not going to the Connichi again this year... ;_;

mh - ich habe vor zwei Wochen angefangen und die Eckteile zu erst gemacht, die Teile für den Verschluss hab ich gestern abend zwei gemacht und heute fertig ^^ - hat so 15 Stunden insgesamt bestimmt gedauert ^^
auf keiner Con mehr - wir haben diesen Samstag unser Cosplay-Gruppen-Shooting auf ner Burg bei uns in der Nähe ^^
aber falls ich kein weiteres Cos mehr für die nichi schaffe (außer Uo-chan) dann da vielleicht ^^
