Description Gonna be lazy and cpoy/paste the descrip from a scrap of the same character.

"So, on an Xmen binge a while ago, I made a character called Nymph. She was supposed to be a good counter to Black Tom's semi-new plant powers.

She was gonna be all green, with gold eyes and flowers growing in her hair. And mostly naked.

But then, I was told that the Xavier Institute had a student called Driad. And guess what her powers were?

Well, damnit. I'm keeping her anyway. If we can have a female Logan clone and a dozen superstrength characters in Marvel, we can have two plant girls."

So. Here she is stepping out of a tree. Because I wanted to draw swirlies.

wow, it's a really beautiful drawing. I tried to do something like that but when I looked at your drawing I think I just drew something that sucks (well, I thought that before I saw this picture, but now it confirms it)

How long did all those swirlies take you anyway? *boggles*

You have such an eye for composition, I swear This is absolutely lovely; the pose, her expression, the detail, all of it. Great job

*nonsensical sputtering* the best part is where her hair melts into the tree. it's like, flawless. the rest of her hair is lovely too. ahh, such wonderful lines <3

This would be great to have someone colour. Ask if you're interested in having me or someone else do it, tabbychan. ^.^

OK, I know I said before I love how you ink in your lines and ink the hair, but this one takes the chocolate cover cake. I mean WOW, I love how smooths and crisp those lines look, especially when her hair is going our from the tree trunk, that's freaking cool man.

Can I ask just 2 things: What kind of ink pen did you use, and do you use any kind of tool when you ink or is it all free handed

Your attention to detail hurts my brain in the best way possible. I could never pull that off. I absolutely adore the transition from her hair to the bark here, it blends wonderfully.

You really should color this.... it would be so awsome!

I love the swirlies... don't know how you do it. I would have become bored after just seconds from the first swirl and stopped.
