In addition to some new, toned paper here, I'm also auditioning some new inks. Deleter, a Japanese brand, was suggested to me by someone who illustrates for a living. So I'm trying it out. White #2 is great and gooey. Really opaque straight, but it will dilute with water and become a wash as well. I dig it. The REAL "deleter". The black #2 is even better (and believe ME, it was hard not to order something called black #1 -- black, black, black, black, numbaaaaaah ooooohuhuhunnn!). It's not as thick as the white, but tis very dark and made a nice wash. So #2 deleters on toned paper? Turns out it's a pretty good combination.
