He has bandages on his legs arms and sometimes face because he doesn't know how to take care of himself when he's adventuring. He likes to go to new sites, climb new things, and meet new people. He's very sociable, someone call him bubbly, and isn't afraid to start a conversation with someone new. Optimistic, kind, and humorous he is friendly to anyone and hardly seen angry or sad.
Charlie isn't one to let the fact that he likes to dress in girlier clothes to bring him down, he gets plenty of harsh comments but plenty of kind ones. It's just a part of him he doesn't see it as something he has to flaunt or explain, just go through his day and let people make their own conclusions.
