Description
For me, this is very first time to draw Dr. 'bloody, freakin' Eggman.
Especially his right front view. I consider him as an evil psychopathic dictator, who is a greatest threat itself to the world and universe. He reminds me many dictators in real life history which I learned until now.

Story
Power corrupted Guardian Units of Nations(GUN, military) captured Sonic and Tails and implanted horrible electric shocking device on their heart. The commander threatened them to torture and kill them, unless they join to military as agents. Those devices shocks their heart and give them great pain, when they do something mistake(even though it's a tiny things), and worst of all their speed is thoroughly limited. As Sonic and Tails were forced to join G.U.N, they were forced to join missions so many times. They were supposed to sneak into the bloody scientist's bases.
This time Sonic and Tails, the best buddies, all because of forced painful speed limit, they couldn't get out from the danger, eventually captured by Eggman's robots. Taken their weapons away(just 9mm pistols and some ammo, and daggers), and their arms tied tightly behind and hanged loosely on their neck by soft but strong metallic rope(or chain), humiliated. What Eggman now doing is taking 'memorable' pictures and even taking video clips.
I think if they make it to the home base alive, commander will give them some horrible penalties. The electric heart shocks!
Poor buddies. Let's wish them escape in one pieces.
