Wow, this is just beyond fabulous. I adore the colors you used, and somehow even moreso love the angles use chose for the characters and how you displayed their wind staffs and the clouds. GORGEOUS. I'd fave it twice if I could. haha

Hey, cool pic! I dig the fresh, clean colors.

This is probably more directed at koalakitty23, but I also like the arrowed cloths on the girl's arms and legs. It's always nice to see Airbender OCs without the arrows (not every Air Nomad's a Master, after all!). There's something similar in the Avatar EU I'm part of: our Airbender OC does the arrow(s) with paints.
