I drew one of my Neopets again! Woohoo!

I wanted to have another picture of Ash ready to enter for next week, and forgot that I already had two, so I drew this. This picture is special because the outline was done in my vector art program Corel Draw. I was going to upload it into vector art, but I coloured it and did the background in Photopaint, so I thought it'd get deleted. I hope I made the right category decision...
