Description Inferno visual style :

The archive file contains :
- 1 visual style
- 1 Miranda skin
- a README file which explains how to install it

In the toolbar folder there are icons. You have to change them with a special program like icon tweaker or bee icons

yes it's a window pc thing. It's just a way to change the appearence of the defaut Windows style

You never use a VS ? You need UX Theme patch (see here for example [link] )
For the font see the README file
