POWERS (Base):
Superhuman Strength: Peng has some degree of superhuman strength, he have enough strength to trade blows and harmed Po, (on occassion Peng knocked out Po with only one kick) and held his own against Temutai (who is much bigger than Peng in size).

Superhuman Speed: Peng is very fast, he's capable of briefly keep up with Po (who's has supersonic speed), traverse the Training Hall in almost seconds.

Superhuman Durability: Peng has some degree of superhuman durability, as he was able to tanked hits from Po and Temutai (both of them have superhuman strength and much bigger than Peng in size).

Superhuman Stamina: Due to his training, Peng muscles produce less fatigue toxins compared that of humans, and even that of peak humans. He can exert himself at peak capacity much longer than humans.

Superhuman Agility, Reflexes and Leaping: Peng is very agile due to his nature, being effortelessly dodges hits from Po, has reflexes superior those of humans due to his nature, and has good leaping (capable of jumping into the air at least several dozens of meters).

Superhuman Senses: Peng is the member of cat family (snow leopard) and has hearing, smell and vision considerably superior those of humans.

POWERS (With Gong Lu Medallion):
Note: Gong Lu Medallion increased all the powers of wielder tenfold.
Superhuman Strength: Despite Peng has superhuman strength at base, with the Gong Lu Medallion his strength increased to much higher levels (on par, if not superior to Po). He was able to lift a column and toss it with relative ease (column weighing several tons, if not multi dozens tons), create destructive energy blasts, which capable of knocking out the entire Furious Five and Shifu, Peng also grappled with Po and seems overpowered him, and with one kick Peng destroyed the entire building.

Superhuman Speed: Despite Peng has superhuman speed at base, Gong Lu Medallion increased his speed tenfold. He became much faster, and was able to easily keep up and even outspeeds Po.

Superhuman Durability: Despite Peng has superhuman durability, Gong Lu Medallion increased his durability to much higher levels. He was able to take hits from Po and Tai Lung (Po) without any damage.

Nigh-Limitless Stamina: Despite Peng has superhuman stamina at base, Gong Lu Medallion increased his stamina tenfold. Due to the fact that Gong Lu Medallion increased not only powers of wielder, but also insanity and anger, Peng muscles generates fatigue toxins by energy of Gong Lu Medallion and his anger (like Hulk from Marvel Comics). Peng tirelessly fighting simultaneously with Po, Shifu and the Furious Five and shown no sings of tiring.

Superhuman Agility, Reflexes and Leaping: Despite Peng has superhuman agility, jump and reflexes at base, Gong Lu Medallion increased his agility, reflexes and jump to much higher levels. He became much more agility, has much more efficient reflexes and can jump much higher.

Master Martial Artist: Peng is shown to be a kung fu prodigy, though he claims he has had no formal training or instruction. He is expert in Leopard Style of Kung Fu and fights with a level of skill very similar to that of his uncle Tai Lung — enough to force a kung fu warrior like Temutai on the defensive, traverse the Training Hall in almost seconds flat, and show some skill in swordsmanship. He fights by evading, turning his opponents' strength against them, and uses aerial kicks when on the offensive. Although he's far not skilled as Po, Tai Lung, Shifu, Tigress and the rest of the Furious Five, but nearly equal to the Monkey, Viper, Mantis and Crane. Peng can use any kind of melee weapon in fight.

Accelerated Development: Peng can repeat the kung fu movement just by seeing it. He was able to see Furious Five training in the Training Hall, and after that he was able to repeat their moves and traverse the Training Hall in almost seconds flat.

Statistics Amplification: When Peng wields Gong Lu Medallion, his physical attributes increased tenfold.
