Drawing of my character Ikinä, he has a pretty tragic past.A piece with transparent background again, I feel like I cant draw anything else. I want to create something beautiful and original, but I cant. Just things like this. hhh. It`s frustrating and sad, because I feel like drawing is all I have.

Let's get one thing out of the way, you certainly can draw something else, than a transparent background! Just look at "kiss of the rain", "fireflies - cover", "the sky is mine", "in a land far far away...", "path", "the world I know", "heaven under water", yeah, I could go on and on xD
A lot of those drawings I listed above, are beautiful and original, drawings of which I've never seen anything like. You really do know how to capture the mood, like, the background you add, is not just a background, it's part of the drawing, it's got a purpose. You don't have to be frustrated nor sad,
cause you can really draw more, than just characters with a transparent background, and not only that, but you're able to awaken emotions in those that look at your drawings.
Aside from that, this really is a nice drawing, I really do wonder what Ikinä's past include. Love the way you did that tail, how realistic the fur is and that eye is just amazing! You really did a nice job with the shading too,
