Here we go again. After more than 2 years I've decided to color my Capcom vs Namco fanart [[link] but in a different way.

Some weeks ago I started to learn pixel art. My bf wants to make a strategy game so i've volunteered to make arts and sprites. Soon it became clear to me that this whole pixel art and sprite making isn't as easy as it might look at first, so I've spent a lot of time with learning and practicing. Step by step I was working on this picture too, mainly because of the fact that it's a great practice opportunity (choosing the colors, shade and dither). Actually it's still unfinished. Selective outline coloring and anti-aliasing is still missing along with the background.

Why I decided to submit is a hope for feedbacks and tips. I might have failed at some points (anatomy, shading, too much/wrong dithering, etc.)... @_@ Anyway, I hope you like it and I'm going to upload the final version as soon as I'm done with it : )

Colors used: 28

Update (2011.12.08.):
selective outline coloring and anti-aliasing is done! Did some other correcting aswell, like correcting lines and eliminating pure black and white. Colors used: 32 (26 witout AA) Note: no, it didn't take that much weeks to do (only two afternoons), I was just lazy to getting back to this piece and finally practice how to AA
