Well, time to move to games again xDDThis one here is Hong Meiling, from the bullet hell shoot'em up series Touhou Project^^ Ever heard of it? Well, for those who don't go here [link] because I also don't know much about it and can't give you a proper explanation xDDDD I only know a few characters from Touhou, and Hong Meiling was the design I liked the most, so that's why she's here^^ She's an expert in martial arts and protects a mansion as the guardian, kicking the ass of whoever tries to enter it without permission xDDD
