Pokemasters Oekaki is back!! I'm so happy!I had a SUPER hard time with the fire on this. I used this tutorial by , which was EXTREMELY helpful! Obviously I didn't end up making it just like that because the coloring style wasn't cel-type, but all principle hold true. Also, shi-painter tools are tough sometimes.
