This is Vice-Principal Lord Sharmoon and the Four Advisors of Zailong. Nova likes them enough to follow them around sometimes.

After the League Meeting, Zailong planned to make a law: for Novice Destines to pass their final exam and become a fully fledged Destine, they will battle the villains of Dimensional Invading Enemies Academy (D.I.E Academy) for the fates of the planet they’re both in. If the Heroes win they’ll protect the planet as Guardians, but if the Villains win they’ll run the planet as their Tyrant Rulers. They’ll be Guardians or Tyrants for the next 3 years.

On the 3rd year, the Guardian Destine and the Tyrant Ruler will have a rematch to determine whether if they win or lose. If the hero wins, they get to undergo the school graduation ceremony, becoming a Destine of the League of True Hilaga, but if the villain wins, they are appointed by Director Sinn to become a full Dominate. Either way, the loser will have to wait and train for another 3 years to have another rematch.

“Sounds like a good idea, but we will keep a close eye on the Dominates. If they kill anyone, they should be expelled from DIE Academy, sent back to their dimension, and put under house arrest or under dimension arrest that is,” Vince proposed. “And we must hold our students to the same standard as well,” Aliven added. Everyone else agreed.

Whether Sinn will accept Zailong’s proposal or not is another different matter.
