And sorry that the page is late today. Unfortunately the patreon milestone of all comics updating weekly has gone down so I wasnβt sure if I was gonna update this today. But I decided to upload this today in the end. Starting next week, one of my three comics is gonna start taking a break again once a week until we reach the patreon milestone again.

Well I myself never saw Ross as weak. More of the kind who was under estimated for obvious reasons. Of course just an opinion lol.

Maybe? But Ross is underleveled to Napoleon and we've seen how tough Nap can be. It may be super effective but Floatzel's are bulkier than Raichu's. He could take the hit.Β

Veruka: mentioned biological parents and adoptive parents
Ross: dad might be Surge's raichu
Scratch: mentioned his dad ( I always thought his dad was the reason he was fainted in the woods)
Napolion: mentioned BOTH of his parents AND his siblings
Matthew: mentioned his dad and Marlowe's mom
Sibelius: mentioned his parents
And Danny: mentioned Bonnie and Clyde which were like foster parents
So there parents were mentioned (Matthew and Danny being the most descriptive )

What can he do?
He can knock out a Dragonite with electricity. Β I'd say that could work.

on a base rate the only thing that Raichu has better than Darkrai is physical defense, Darkrai exceeds him in all other areas. Not to mention the lever difference, if we assume that Darkrai is wild and untrained he is typically found at Lvl 40. This would make his stats vastly different from Ross's, and more than likely still wouldn't make a difference because IF Poss evolved at lvl 40 as a pikachu, he wouldn't have any moves that would be super effective against Darkrai. And considering he only has 2 weaknesses, that being Fighting and Bug, it would involve Ross knowing Brick Break or Rock Smash via TM, OR knowing Reversal via breeding or be taught the move from one of the ORAS trainers or something of that like.Β
Im sure I missed some moves some where, but the fact of the matter is Ross is going in head first with no plan, no back up, and not a snowballs chance in Hades of winning. He needs to calm down.Β

Darkrai outstrips Raichu in every base stat other than Attack, which it matches.
Doesn't really matter though, these seem to take more from the anime than anything else. Where Ash can beat almost anything with a Pikachu. It'll be fine.

but we are still having the weakest member of the group go up against a legend. And while Ash DID bs his way through a lot of stuff, the legends still were no push over.Β
I'm just hoping for something other than 'friendship and love' wins. Like... ANYTHING else would make this whole ordeal amazing.Β
