Finally! This one took me too much time! But I like it.
Altough these are starting to become bigger and epical. I had to color this in two parts 'cause my computer would kill itself if I tried to color this whole thing.
Woot! Cotton and Napoleon and not Veruka and Vincent?! Does this mean I have learned how to recycle characters?
And one thing... I have nothing against tangrowths! I love those walking vine masses. His... Apperiance was just perfect for this joke...
Funny fact: First I wanted to use gengar and lick but then I remembered that ghost moves don't work on normal pokemon so I had to change. Then... This came to my mind.

Oh yeah, I was going to mention something to you since you've had luck finding Shiny Pokemon, where did you go in game to find them?
I own Diamond and the only shinies I ever caught was a Kricketune and a Skunktank without the Poke Radar. I'm really interested in seeing if it matters where you are in the Region.

Well, I use pokeradar to find them. I've become quite skillful with it as I have over 40 shiny pokemon caught with it. I don't think the region matters when searching for normal shines. It's always the 1/8500 chance. But with pokeradar, it obviously only works in grass areas. Then, there is the breeding trick. If you have two pokemon from different language carts (let's say Japanese pikachu and English pikachu) your chances of breeding a shiny baby rises. It's about 1/2000 then which is still low but better.

Yes, I was lucky to get a Japanese ditto from GTS so I can shiny breed with anything.

Likewise, I have a Japanese Skarmory from the GTS (it's on my HeartGold cartridge, so I just wanted a Skarmory, period.) Haven't bred anything yet, but just think of the possibilities...
