And here is the bonus picture I promised! All RD members in game! YES! They are real and I do have a shiny lopunny! No need to ask anymore!Now, DO NOT ASK FOR BATTLES, FRIEND CODES OR TRADES! I won't response.
No need to ask about their movesets.. I've already gave away a lot in character bios.
Edit: Few thigs....
- Yes, I play as the boy, thus the name Jack.
- All pokemon are trained to level 100 without any cheats.
- The small face icon means that the pokemon has had the pokerus.
- And because I bet someone wants to know:
The ghost team from left to right: Danny, Merry, Bonnie (shiny), Clyde, Helium, Missingno
The Topi (name of the character I use in PBR with this team) team from left to right: Leopold, Melissa, Cocopops, Benjamin, Marth, Malon.

I had a Shiny lopunny named Masha (After a character from the anime Tokyo Mew Mew). But my game glitched up and erased everything. I was at the top of my game!

Nope, I used pokeradar to chain bunearys. I have, about 5 shiny bunearys.

True... But you can always try the breeding trick. (if you are not familiar, breed two pokemon from different language games, like Japanese pikachu with English pikachu, and you have bigger chances to get a shiny baby.)

I really want to ask you of a favor. I had a Pokemon Diamond game a long time ago. My brother who was a pro at Pokemon, somehow obtained a shiny buneary on his Pearl game. I had nicknamed it Masha, but the reason why I named it that is a long story. But I had a special bond with it and I had raised it to a level 86 Lopunny without cheat codes or anything. Sadly, my Pokemon Diamond game glitched up an broke. All the stuff inside it was deleted and I could not have it brought back. I recently obtained my DSI XL again and I restarted my Platinum game because it because It had some weird file. I am still searching for shiny buneary's but I can't find any. Would you mind trading a buneary to me? It would mean the world to me to have Masha back, but since that's not possible, I would be happy if I could get the next best thing.

Sorry but my wifi is messed up so I can't get online with it that easily. I recommend to search tutorial of how to chain using pokeradar and you can catch one yourself.

how did you manage to get veruka? I've been breeding chikoritas for weeks and can't get a female with the nature I want...

Gotta be patient. To increase the chance of getting one with right nature, give the mother an everstone and the baby has 50% chance to have same nature. Get a ditto with the nature you want for example.

This may be a year late but, Pokerus is a disease a pokemon get that doubles the experience and EV's it learns after battle.
it can infect other pokemon in the team after one battle, the pokerus goes away after midnight though, that means you cant infect pokemon anymore. But the effects of the pokerus will still be there.
(note that keeping a pokemon with pokerus in the PC wont lose its ability to infect pokemon, so always keep a pokemon with active pokarus in the PC)

And I have pokemon that share the names of some of yours as well, but like you said in a previous comment, not all of the names you used are uncommon, so it's not a big deal. 8D (I've got a Vincent, Bonnie, Danny, Zelda, Cotton, Elizabeth, Rupert, and I plan on having a Matthew in the future. None of mine are the same species as yours though, they're a Scolipede, Illumise, Zorua, Zigzagoon, Jumpluff, Goldeen, and a Medicham repectively, and my Matthew will be a shiny Espeon once I procure a shiny Eevee from a friend.)

Aah, first time it took some time but after I learned how pokeradar works, it doesn't take that long (one hour to two).

Pro tip: Use a pokemod to summon the pokemon you need to battle to get specific EVs. EV training goes by a lot quicker when you don't constantly run into things like Golbat when you are looking for things like Graveler. Also two more upsides to using this method is that it can be done on the spot (as long as there is grass nearby) and you can battle pokemon you normally wouldn't be able to for instance fighting Nidoqueen for 3 Special attack EVs.

Hardest part is to find a pokemon with pokerus. I think they are even rarer than shinies and they don't look any different. But once you get the pokerus, spreading it in your team is very easy. It happens automatically. Just remember to keep at least one pokemon with pokerus in your PC to make sure you have it for ever.

Mismagius can be caught in pearl and I had a murkrow from pokemon Colosseum that I transferred to pearl.
