Here's #18 of my 100 scary stories based on Japanese mythology and folklore

This one is based on the fable of the tongue cut sparrow, where at the end a greedy person takes a big trunk that they think is full of riches, but is actually filled with monsters

What I made is Lupin III trying to steal a trunk from a museum that he thinks is full of treasure, but is actually full of monsters, it's even supposte to be the same trunk for the story
