I've been meaning to redo that poster for this fanfic for a while now, and now that it's Halloween, it was the perfect time, and I also decided to just move the entire deviation, I put the old picture up while it was in progress, but it's finally done

Now for the fanfic
It starts out similar to Midnight in the Garden of Good and Evil, Tintin, Captain Haddock, and Hercule Poirot going to New Orleans at the request of a wealthy antiquarian, BlackJack is also their to receive payment for humanitarian medical work in Haiti that the antiquarian hired him to do
At the same time Lupin the 3rd and his partners are in New Orleans on the trail of the pirate Jean Lafitte’s treasure, so Inspector Zenigata is also there on Lupin’s trail

But later after a high society party, the antiquarian is murderd, Zenigata is forced to investagate the case, thus also forcing Lupin into this situation

Soon the 2 cases are intertwined, the culprits from the murder being a gang of drug smugglers and slave traders, which include a southern aristocrat vampire and a Bokor, a sorcerer who does dark magic (stereotyped voodoo stuff), and this Bokor was a part of the Papa Doc regime, and these gangsters are also after the treasure of Jean Lafitte, and Lupin even had a run in with one of these gangsters, a fem fetal who also knows some dark magic

So Tintin and friends find themselves in the darker side of New Orleans, with ghosts and vampires, and in the mysterious world of Voodoo, both the light side and the dark side, will they survive? WELL OF COURSE THEY WILL, with help from the atiquarian's house maid Annie and an adventurous kid named Abby (crossover with Kids Next Door), and help from a good voodoo priestess and even help from the spirit of the famous voodoo queen of New Orleans Marie Laveau

Some of the crazy things that happen
A stereotype voodoo doll is made of Poirot

Tintin is given the infamous zombie potion and zombified (don’t worry the spell does get broken) This is the kind of zombification talked about in “The Serpent and The Rainbow”

Captain Haddock gets turned into a werewolf called a Rougarou

And Inspector Zenigata is turned into a bat by the vampire

In the picture that key that Lupin has is the key to the pirate treasure, which also revels its location
