She saw me and waved and I smiled back.For some reason,the girl's little brother was running to me and was yelling in joy."Mommy!Mommy where have you been?You should have came back a long time ago!"He was smiling.
The girl caught up with her brother and she introduced herself.
"Hi im Lauren.He's Jared.And you are?"
"Huh?Oh,im Heather.I have a little brother named hemmingway.So im your mom?"
"It seems so.Jared sometimes doesn't remember what happened to mom."
"Wait.Is she..."I stop short.
Lauren sighed."Yeah.She died in a car crash.Dad too."She shifted her arm over,when i realized there was a long scar on her left arm.
I whispered,afraid someone was listening.
"You were in it too."
Lauren started crying and i hugged her.Jared started yelling at us.
"We have to go home!!!Its almost 7!!!"
I realized i had to go too.I bid lauren goodbye and i ran home.
