I watched one of the pokemon movies dialga was in resently and couldn't help but wonder.
Aside from the other two having wings, Giritina's a ghost and Palkia can bend space to float; Β sooo how does Dialga fly?Β

Dialga's able to control time and speed it up/slow it down.
So....
1. He could just be jumping and manipulating time so he doesn't fall.(or falls rly slowly idk)
2. He's just born that way, remember, doduo/dodrio can fly but doesnt have wings... Then again it's a flying type.....
3. He's able to slow time around him so much he just swims in it, like in the picture.
4. He's just so majestic that he just CAN fly, like Arceus.
5. We don't know everything about Dialga, there could be dozens of reasons why he's able to fly, and I can't list all of them.

The only problem, which I hate to admit but true is: NONE of the mithical great beasts have a personality. They are just ...eh... doing their own stuff. It would be much funnier or enjoyable if they had some kind of specific personalities.Β

People doing ballooning are flying without wings, nobody question anything ; one legendary pokΓ©mon that can bind time at will in the whole creation, being time itself, is seen flying without the use of wings, people are asking question.
By extension, everybody find the sight of an aircraft carrier floating on water by a very thin keel in comparison of it's global size and mass a very common sight and totally normal ; how many of them do actually know on wich elementary principle it does float or are asking themselves this question ?
