Description
This is my first piece of commissioned artwork! Both the board and the base are of oak. The fin is sheet metal, and the figure is welds over a 1/4 round stock framework.Related content

Very active positioning. Nice work on the "personal" characteristic-ness
tho i must admit, i am not a fan of the globby welded look, I never could figure out why so many sculptors did that, I know some of it is in castings too, but anyhow, I like gleaming smooth surfaces.
sorry for the rant... its still a very cool piece.
